Try this 7 minutes Asian themed quinoa salad with high protein to stack up your veggies intake

Ingredients (1 portions):
1. 1 cup quinoa
2. 1 broccoli
3. 200gm mushrooms
4. Half green onion
5. 100gm French beans
6. 100gm tofu
7. 1 bell pepper
8. 2 teaspoons Hoisin sauce
9. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
10. 2 teaspoon green chilly sauce
11. Half cup vegetable broth
Method:
Set quinoa to boil in a pot as per the instructions on the pack
Chop all the vegetables and toss them in a wok pan except pepper on a high flame.
Roast them for around 5 mins while continuously stirring.
Add all the sauces, tofu and vegetable broth. Cook for another 2 minutes
Add quinoa and top it with extra Hoisin sauce and sesame seeds.
