Want to eat broccoli but not quite fan of it? Then, try this oil free broccoli tomato soup recipe

Ingredients (2 portions):
1. 1 broccoli
2. 2 tomatoes
3. 2 cloves garlic
4. 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
5. Salt as per taste
6. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
7. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
8. Half cup green coriander
9. 2 teaspoons soya yoghurt
10. Bread crumbs (for topping-optional)
11. 2 boiled egg whites (for topping-optional)
12. 2 leaves of basil (for topping-optional)
Method:
Boil broccoli for around 20 mins (until it is soft) and tomatoes for around 5 mins
In the meanwhile, in a pan roast garlic, ginger and cumin seeds until the garlics turn brown.
Now add boiled broccoli, tomatoes, green coriander, roasted ingredients from the pan and soya yoghurt to a blender and blend until smooth
Add salt and pepper. Top it with eggs, bread crumbs, basil and a cherry tomato before serving
