Holiday brunch with no butter French crêpes🥞with both savoury and sweet toppings

Ingredients (3 portions):
1. 1 cup chickpea flour
2. 3 egg whites (optional)
3. 1/2 cup skimmed milk/soya milk
4. 1/2 cup water
5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
6. 1 scoop protein powder ( optional)
7. Raspberries and blueberries for the topping
Savoury:
1. 1 chopped tomato
2. 1/4 onion
3. 1 medium sized avocado
Sweet:
1. Peanut butter
2. Maple syrup
3. Melted dark chocolate
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and whisk them throughly until you get a smooth batter
Lightly brush a flat pan with olive oil and place it in medium flame
Take about 5-6 tablespoons of batter and spread it evenly. Cook it until brown, flip it and cook from both sides
Top with berries and serve these super tasty and healthy crêpe with savory and sweet toppings
