Ingredients (2 portions):
1. 1 big mango pulp
2. 3 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
3. Half cup coconut milk
4. One cup fresh spinach
5. Half cup fresh mint
6. 2 scoops protein powder (optional)
7. 6 tablespoons granola (for topping)
8. 2 tablespoons blueberries (for topping)
Method:
Blend mango pulp together, spinach and mint with milk, yoghurt and protein powder in a blender until you get a smooth blend
Top it some blueberries and granola
