Too bored of buying Pesto boxes? Try this 5 mins home made creamy pesto

Ingredients (1 portions):
1. Pasta of your choice
2. 2 cups of basil leaves
3. 2-3 teaspoons of pine seeds/ walnuts
4. 2 teaspoons of olive oil
5. 1/3 cup of water
6. 2 teaspoons of Parmesan( vegans can use vegan cheese)
7. 1 cup of spinach
8. Salt as per taste
9. Half teaspoon black pepper
10. 3 gloves garlic
Method:
Set pasta to boil as per the instructions on the pasta pack
Toss in basil, garlic, olive oil, walnuts/pine seeds, Parmesan, salt and pepper in a blender.
Add water slowly until you get a smooth and emulsified pasto
Roast your spinach in a pan
Serve your cooked pasta with this home made pesto, roasted spinach, some cherry tomatoes and a pinch of Parmesan/vegan cheese
