Smoothie bowl loaded with oats

Bored of eating oats in a porridge? Try this smoothie bowl with apple and oats

Ingredients (2 portions):


1. 1 cup strawberries

2. 1 cup frozen blueberries

3. 1 mango

4. 1 banana

5. 1 cup milk/soyamilk/almond milk

6. Few apple slices

7. Half cup oats

8. 1 scoop protein powder (optional)



Method:


  • Toss all the ingredients except apple slices and oats in a blender

  • Blend it until smooth

  • Top it with apple slices and oats and serve it with a cup of coffee to kick start your morning
