Summer'y smoothie bowl

Today’s perfect weather here in Trondheim calls for a summery smoothie granola bowl. It’s so quick, yummy and healthy.

Ingredients (2 portions):


1. Half cup frozen blueberries

2. Half cup frozen raspberries

3. One cup frozen banana

4. One cup milk/almond milk

5. 3 tablespoon granola (for topping)

6. 2 teaspoons pistachios (for topping)

7. 2 scoops protein powder (optional)



Method:


  • Blend all the frozen fruits together with a milk and protein powder in a blender until you get a smooth blend

  • Top it some extra raspberries, pistachios and granola
