Vegan banana bread

These vegan banana bread with peanut butter and pistachios are so delicious and nutrient packed. They are so easy to make and are so delicious!!

Ingredients (2 portions):

1. 2 ripen bananas

2. 2 tablespoons peanut butter

3. Half cup pistachios

4. 2 teaspoon baking powder

5. 12 tablespoons cocoa powder

6. 1/2 cup flour (I used chickpea flour)

7. 1/2 cup oats

8. 1/2 cup coconut flakes

9. 1 scoop protein powder (optional)


  • Pre-heat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.

  • In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix all the ingredients well until you get a batter like consistency.

  • Now, transfer the batter to a baking tray and bake for 15-17 minutes. And, it's done!!
