Try this 5 min super creamy vegan chocolate mousse. It is refined sugar free, quick and perfect for your sweet tooth

Ingredients (2 portions):
1. 10 dates
2. 1 medium sized avocado
3. 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
4. 1 teaspoon maple syrup
5. Around 130 ml of water
6. 7-8 leaves of mint
7. 1 tablespoon orange zest
8. 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
9. Some raspberries for topping (don’t add in blender)
Method:
Take out the seed from the dates and chop them into finely.
Do the same with avocado and mint leaves
Now add all the ingredients in a blender (except raspberries) and blend them until you get smooth and creamy consistency.
Let it cool in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Top it with a leaf of mint and raspberries before serving
