Vegan Energy Balls

Do you have sweet tooth and don't want to eat refined sugar? Try these quick vegan peanut butter energy balls. They are packed with nutrients and energy. Have them either as a snack or as a dessert, they taste so yummy and delicious!!

Ingredients (16 balls):


1. 1/2 cup peanut butter

2. 2/3 cup oats

3. 1/2 cup flex seeds

4. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

5. 2 tablespoons honey

6. 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

7. 3 tablespoons coconut powder





Method:


  • Combine all the ingredients except coconut powder well and put it in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes

  • Shape them in around 16 balls and roll them in coconut powder and they are ready to be served.


Tips and tricks:

  • Always keep them refrigerated for the longer shelf life and it also helps them to stay in a good consistency. Take them out of the fridge just before serving.
