Vegan pancakes

Crave pancakes but don’t wanna exceed your calorie intake? try these refined sugar free and butter free pancakes

Ingredients (2 portions):


1. 2 cups flour of your choice ( I prefer lentil/chickpea flour for extra protein)

2. 4 teaspoons of baking powder

3. 2 cups of milk/soya milk

4. 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

5. 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

6. 2 teaspoons of dark chocolate, 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons of raspberries, 1 teaspoon peanut butter (for topping)



Method:


  • Whisk everything in a bowl until you get a smooth batter

  • Set it aside for 10 mins

  • Set the pan on a medium flame, brush it with coconut oil and take 4-5 tablespoons of batter in the pan

  • Top them with raspberries, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, peanut butter or any topping of your choice
